Tuition for the 4.5-year BPT including the internship year. Government and government-quota seats are far cheaper than private college fees.

Fees change every year and differ by college — confirm with the college before paying. Scholarships can cover much of this.

2. 2Stream Selection · 2 Years🔬 PUC — ScienceTwo years of pre-university study in the Science stream. This is where you prepare for the entrance exam.
3. 3Entrance Exam · Exam year📝 Class 12 PCB marks / college entrance (2026-27) · NEET UG from 2027-28Entry to BPT is through Class 12 PCB marks / college entrance (2026-27) · NEET UG from 2027-28. NEET UG is run by National Testing Agency (NTA) and leads to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, B.Sc Nursing and notified allied health courses. Dates change every year — always confirm on the conducting authority's official portal.
4. 4Degree · 4.5 Years (4 + 6 month internship)📘 BPTPhysiotherapy: 4.5 Years (4 + 6 month internship). You can specialise in Orthopaedics, Neurology, Sports Physiotherapy, Paediatrics and more.

BPT is 4.5 years including a mandatory 6-month internship; MPT is a 2-year postgraduate specialisation. NCAHP has made NEET UG the entrance for BPT and BOT from 2027-28, deferred from 2026-27.
